Day 12-With his tiny tongue hanging out Nikos looks like I feel most mornings around 3:00 A.M. I was so tired yesterday morning that after posting to the blog, I promptly fell asleep on the couch. The bad part was I had a cup of coffee in my hand at the time and dumped it all over me. It didn't take long for me to wake up.
The puppies are getting stronger by the day and I am now finding them all over the puppy pen which measures 4 feet by 7 feet. One of the favorite spots is under the pig rail. This morning they had the blanket all rolled up and a few were under it. They can now move quickly and though they still can't see, they do sense when Hope is in the pen and it doesn't take long for them to find where she is. This is Atz Lee making his way to the food bar. I saw him actually standing on all fours yesterday, though very briefly.
After feeding they all gathered at the pig rail to rest for the next round of feeding.
Look at these four little piggies all in a row.
We are now at the half way mark for the ENS stimulations. They are beginning to relax a little more during the procedure. The two things they are most relaxed for is being held on their backs and believe it or not the cold wash cloth. The least favorite is head down.
